Stephen Howard graduated with honors from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1999. His academic achievements have included membership in the National Order of Barristers and the American College of Trial Lawyers Medal for Excellence in Advocacy.

Experience

Mr. Howard began his legal career as a trial attorney with the Salt Lake Legal Defender Association. During his years with the Legal Defender Association, Mr. Howard acquired more courtroom experience than most Utah attorneys will see in an entire career. His courtroom successes have included appeals, jury trials, bench trials, legal motion practice, and more. His skills as a negotiator and problem solver have contributed to successful outcomes for many clients both in and out of court.
